Dear Boston,
It's official. You are 1. We'll be sharing all things related to your birthday party in another post. This post is aimed at sharing what you've accomplished over this last month, the final month of your first year.
This last month was so, so busy. Mommy and Daddy spent many evenings and weekends finishing projects, big and little, for your party. Meanwhile, you continued to progress into the toddler you have become. The speed at which you have started to advance has been fascinating, but also a bit unnerving. While we love to see you do new things, it's getting to feel like so many things are happening that we're going to be missing something in the mix. Please know that we are doing our best to pay as close attention to your needs and desires as we can while we continue to work hard for the prosperity of our family. We love you dearly, little buddy.
As is usual, here's what you've been up to this past month:
* You watched your first cartoon.
* You started giving us cheesy smiles/grins!
* You started pointing at balloons and loving them.
* You started standing on your bumpers in your crib.
* You ate broccoli florets for the first time.
* You started pulling off your bibs while eating.
* You started eating organic cherry tomatoes.
* You still love everything mommy gives you to eat. You are a very good eater!
* You tried squash and zucchini.
* You started calling Mommy "Ma-ma"!!!
* You still love to open and close doors.
* Your new love is wheels/tires.
* You love blowing raspberries (i think that's what you call them) with daddy.
