It seems lately that it's easier to pick up/use my iPhone to take pictures throughout the day. But, for the most part, I'm guilty of having my iPhone in my hand and my Nikon around my neck! A little overboard? No way, Jose. I'm all about capturing memories during this season.
It's my passion.
Maybe an illness, too.
But I enjoy it thoroughly.
I want to be able to look back and remember particular days. And remember exactly where we lived, what Boston liked playing with and what we were doing. Our baby is growing so fast that I feel like I already have forgotten what he was like at a few months old. But, the moment I look at any pictures from when he was a teeny baby, my memory of those days instantly come back.
It's refreshing and VERY nostalgic.
I love it. Deeply.
So, if you know me.....you will know how picture crazy I can be. Thankfully, my husband is used to it and even gets in on the action for me if he knows my hands are full. He'll take over the iPhone and I'll have my DSLR. Thanks, lover!
Some of the pictures I take I edit with Instagram. All others I edit regularly to get crisp clear photos that were shot with my Nikon. Those are still my favorite. I love bright clean photos. Ones that I would hang in our home. Ones that show the original colors of the picture.
